Here is the update of the vanity. Owner painted the cabinet with a java gel stain.

She added a new soap dispenser and a cute little plant. Simple black knobs that don't draw attention to themselves and compete with the current fixtures. A new towel will be hung on the towel bar! Easy and inexpensive update that makes a huge difference! The plan is to add a round black mirror in the future!

After painting the entire bathroom white, we opted for a statement wall behind the toilet. All she used was a sponge and some paint to create a wallpaper look. A print from collectionprints.com and the PERFECT black frame. Add a small basket with extra toilet paper! Tip: spray paint old fixtures to make them look updated until you are able to replace them. I have done it in my current home and there are no chips after 18 months on my toilet paper holder, towel holder, and light fixture!
